New Years 2018: Watchin' DTLA's Balldrop

We're getting together at my place, getting liquored up and as of now the plan is around 9 to take the train downtown-- to watch the balldrop.

The meet-up begins at 4:00PM but people will be coming til 9 and after 1. At 9:00 PM, a group of us will be heading from my place to DTLA Grand Park to watch the New Years Eve ball drop.

The party is BYOB - in place of alcohol you can also bring real food like a bucket of chicken or a party pack from Del Taco. WE NEVER HAVE ENOUGH BOOZE. Alcohol is not permitted in the event area (downtown grand park). There are police checks.

If possible use public transportation to get to my house, I am within 10 minutes of the Red line Train. My house is EXACTLY half mile from both the Vermont/Sunset station and the Vermont/Santa Monica stop. Parking can be tough to find.

The Metro will be free 9 to 2 AM.

You will be responsible for yourself and anyone in your party. You'll be asked to leave if you put others at risk or cause unfortunate shenanigans.
