This is a group for anyone wanting to exercise more, but finds treadmills and the like tedious. You would be perfect for this group if you want to have fun by playing amateur soccer, and get the exercise without realizing it! Soccer novices are welcome! Would like to make this happen once per week or so at an indoor soccer turf for an hour-long game. Let better fitness (and fun) be your "goal"!
Experts please look elsewhere...this is a great opportunity for amateurs to help get your exercise quota in for the week! Bring $10 cash and lots of energy! Please come 15 minutes early to change and set up teams. Any indoor runners are fine so long as they are clean. Either sweats or shorts would be fine.
