What we’re about

Inclusive of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Practices will warm up with gentle meditation based on Tai Chi, and focus on accessible exercises for immune support, mobility, posture, confidence, mental agility, and core strengthening, outdoors using our body weight and what is available. We'll practice skills for communicating boundaries and needs, body language, situational awareness, and self defense to cultivate a safe environment for rich community dialogue and expression. Format will be group exercise following leader and some small team activities. Online and cell phone participation will be available.
