Small Group Exercise Sessions - Outdoors, Socially Distanced, Members Vaccinated

We will work together in different modalities (Yoga, Pilates, Core work, Step Aerobics, Strength Training) and we can cater to the needs and abilities of the participants. It is a joy to coach/cue so that each person works at his/her own level.

Sessions will be limited participation so that each participant has an abundance of personal space for social distance.

Delta Variant: If you have recently been to a large event (indoor or outdoor concert, show, etc., please wait 2 weeks before coming to a session.

All sessions are free - the annual $26 fee pays for the meet up service so I can schedule and we can communicate.

Gear includes: Mask, towel, mat and whatever bands/loops/weights you have, sun protection, thick foam pad, large sheet or pad, foam roller, water.

Requests and feedback are encouraged.

Members who RSVP truly intend to come and agree to keep their status CURRENT. Members agree to check the listing the night before AND the morning of to see if there are any changes due to air quality, weather, location or whim.

RSVP as soon as you know - yes or no (especially if you're a regular attendee). That helps me plan/clean driveway, open up or close down for others who are not so regular, etc.

Arrive a little early so we can start on time.
