Digging Deeper into Design Thinking: Service blueprinting

Service blueprinting helps you get the complete overview of a service. It goes beyond the customer facing parts, and also exposes how an organization delivers the experience.

We'll get very practical during the session. Guest speakers Iva Perez (Boondoggle) and Frederik Vincx (freelance) will present you case studies and we'll create a service design blueprint ourselves.

This time around we won't need any Post-Its. Crazy huh?! Instead we'll make digital blueprints in team, using tried and trusted blueprint templates.
