What we're about
Social Norfolk organises a wide range of social and cultural events aimed at professional and creative adults of any age. Most of our members are in the 50+ age group.
Events include film, theatre, dining, exhibitions and walks.
Membership is £15 a year, which covers Meetup hosting fees and event subsidies. We are non-profit making and all subscriptions are used for the good of the group. Initial membership fees are payable in cash.
To organise our events and run the club, we need to record some personal information (name and preferred method of contact) which is accessible only by the group organisers. We take your privacy seriously and do not pass your personal details on to any other third parties.
We are a small, friendly group and welcome new members, however we only have capacity for 80 members and at present we are full. Events are typically attended by 6 – 10 people.
Normally if you would like to join you carry out the following steps, however we are not meeting any prospective members at present, until people on the waitlist have been invited to join.
1 Click the "Join Us" button and complete the profile questions. (These are only visible to other members and not to the public.)
2 Come along and meet us at one of our new members welcome events. Look out for the Meetup sign on the table. The next of these are being held on:
