What we're about

Never Not Doing Things is currently broken into 3 groups. While each group has a particular value friendly focus, there will always be events and activities that are open to ALL groups as we share an ultimate mission.

Never Not Doing Things (NNDT)

Our mothership group. This group addresses ALL of our LEARN core values by organizing LIVE activities (like hikes, climbs and local arts), EDUCATION (various mission relevant classes), ACT/RESOURCE opportunities (like clothing drives and park cleanups) and various NETWORKING platforms (like Meetup and Facebook). In the past, NNDT has partnered with Denver Parks and Recreation, Denver Rescue Mission and Impact Locally to provide volunteers and resources in an attempt to drive our shared missions of growing and developing our local and global communities.

Singled Out

Focuses on all of the same LEARN core values and activities as NNDT, but specifically for singles. Never Not Doing Things puts a lot of stock in Professional Partnership as a key to our organization’s success…It is important to know someone has your back and will go to bat for you. NNDT Singled Out goes a step further and adds PERSONAL PARTNERSHIP as a mission, as we feel the same applies on an individual level.

Social Call

Social Call is working for all the same values as NNDT, but it is for those people that are looking to focus more on the communal aspect of our mission. Social Call focuses more on “team building” for its members. We will see a movie (occasionally mission themed), collaborate on an escape room, attend a happy hour, etc. These events are designed to elicit those oft-sought “water cooler” or “aha” moments through shared interest.

FREE Class: Canyoneering in America

REI Denver Flagship Store

This is a free class/presentation hosted by REI (Denver Flagship) and as of this posting, there are 146 spots (they fill quickly). From REI: Canyoneering and Canyoning are terms used to describe an emerging adventure sport that combines hiking, wading, swimming, jumping, sliding, boulder-hopping, scrambling, rock-climbing, sometimes packrafting and always rappelling -- often over waterfalls. While this sport isn't exactly new it has grown significantly in popularity over the past decade, has unique risks, and requires a specific set of technical skills to enjoy it safely. Rock-climbing, caving, mountaineering and whitewater sports have related skills, but Canyoneering has become highly specialized, and much of the gear and many of the techniques of Canyoneering are distinctly different from those of the other sports. Join us for a presentation on the sport, an overview of gear and available training, and an introduction to the possibilities for "Canyoneering in America"!
