Time to hit the sand for a meet and greet and enjoy the start of summer's beach days. We will cookout, play sports and meet new people, swim and see new smiling faces!
Our first beach day was a blast, join us.
We can hang out on the beach near 5th Ave. When you enter the beach access on 3rd Ave, you make a right and drive on the beach about one city block and you will see the BLUE food truck!! We'll be right behind the food truck so park your car near the food truck and meet us at the shelter (with yellow balloons) near volleyball net for us.
If you park on the beach, the daily rate in $30 (sadly, they raised the fee). You can also park on the street (on 5th Ave.) and walk to the stairs that lead directly to beach where we will be near the stairs on Fifth Ave. If you park on the street, the cost is $20 all day payable by scanning the QR code on the parking signs. There is free street parking on 6th and 7th Ave. on the other side of Atlantic Avenue. You can drop off heavy items on 5th Ave near the stairs and park your car a few blocks away.
We will gather on beach starting at 11am to meet, say hello and set-up.

You can park on the beach or park elsewhere and meet us there.
Most of our time will be on the beach, socializing, playing volleyball and games, cooking out and meeting new people. Bring your own food and drinks to enjoy for yourself or to share with others. We'll have tables and shelters to share buffet style.
If you would like to bring alcoholic beverages to the beach, make sure it is concealed and you are discreet and safe, so that there are no issues.
Allow sufficient time before driving home to arrive there responsibly.
If you drive on beach, use 3rd Ave entrance, turn right to 5th Avenue.
