Robbie Mac Giolla Phadraig
Robbie is the Founder Director/ CCO of Sigmar Recruitment (fastest growing recruitment firm in Ireland) & Social Entrepreneur, he is widely recognized as an industry thought leader and a key driver of the national talent agenda. Robbie is Founder and chair of numerous social enterprises & initiatives including National Employment Week, The Talent Summit and Employment Leadership Group. He is also Co-Leader of Ireland, Gateway to Europe an annual trade mission to the US and Founder of the VP Forum, a peer to peer network of Heads of US Tech organizations in Ireland.

Caroline McAniff
Caroline has over 18 years experience in the recruitment industry including agency, head hunting and in-house positions. She is the current Head of Recruitment at EY Ireland where she leads their talent attraction team, recruiting both experienced hires and recent graduates. James Mailley
James is responsible for Monster's commercial activity in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. He is directly responsible for Fieldsales team's based across Ireland and the UK based Telesales operation. James has worked in the industry for 20 years and bring s a wealth of knowledge.
