If exercise is especially fun when you do not know that you are doing it....then this group is for you! Think about how you feel when you go out dancing or when you take a bike ride on a beautiful day. You are exercising because you are doing what you love. Do you prefer to walk on a treadmill when you can have someone to talk with? Is it easier to "show up" at a gym when you know you have someone to meet there. This group will attempt to get the "gym phobics" and "social exercisers" connected through some fun events and classes.
Mountains Edge Fitness has restored a Disco from the 80's into a gym. It has a retro-feel and is unlike any gym in town. We recognize that there may be a need for a place to socialize and exercise without the need for alcohol. If you have a suggestion, send it my way!
