Software Craftsmanship - What/Why/Who?

This the initial meetup (this time in Novi Sad) of the Software Craftsmanship Serbia community. Intention is to get to know each other and talk about software craftsmanship movement itself.

What does it represent, why the need for it and what are software craftsmen.
We'll be also discussing about where we would like the community to be heading to, as well as, what are (some of) the activities that the community will be organizing in the future.
