Software as Craft Philadelphia

We are a group of software professionals dedicated to improving our craft, learning, teaching, and growing the development community in Philadelphia. We meet regularly to discuss Software Craftsmanship (http://manifesto.softwarecraftsmanship.org), Agile processes (http://agilemanifesto.org), Extreme Programming (http://www.extremeprogramming.org/values.html), and related topics, including our tools, languages, and processes.

Each month's meetup will consist of:

• Lightning Talks: Give your first talk, teach us something, or just share something that you're passionate about

• Katas: We can improve through focused practice. A significant portion of the event will be practicing a code or other exercise as a group.

• Speakers: Any topics related to improving our craft as individuals or a group are welcome.
