New location!

Chittick Field is a brand-new park in Long Beach -- located just off PCH on Walnut. It has a huge track and a soccer field and lots of space. (You can read all about the making of the new facility at http://lbpost.com/news/178-parks/2000003630-chittick-field-re-opens-as-state-of-the-art-sports-facility#.U7DT4bG894I.) You can bring your kids and they can run around while you work out.

Summer Interval Training will make you faster -- lots of people have see the changes. This is one of those things that if you do the work, you will definitely see the results.

We start at 6 PM. We do body looseners, some loosening exercises on the track, and then we run laps. Afterwards we will do yoga together in the grass in the center of the track. (I know at least one person who says the summer yoga after track is her favorite thing to do all year.)

So let's celebrate the start of our summer workouts after training on the 8th. Who's got a favorite Mexican restaurant near the Traffic Circle??

Even if you don't run intervals (and you should come try it at least once), you can join us for dinner (or a snack) at about 7:30 on the 8th. We'll publish a meeting spot, soon.
