In this workshop we’ll have fun doing activities that help you articulate goals and plans. We’ll build in accountability, which greatly increases the likelihood of follow-through. Best of all, you’ll be doing this in a setting of mutual support.

I've had 35 years experience helping people thwart procrastination and overcome other obstacles that get in the way, as both a licensed therapist and a certified life coach.
