Guest Speaker: TENNIS WICK, DIRECTOR OF PERMIT SONOMA.

If anything is going to be built in the county of Sonoma, it’s gotta go through Permit Sonoma first. Tennis Wick is the director of the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (PRMD ) He has greatly helped in communicating the requirements of the PRMD and helped us through the circuitous and at times confusing paths of government bureaucracy. Tennis is a welcomed presence in working towards building positive and lasting developments for Sonoma county.

Permit Sonoma is Sonoma County's consolidated land use planning and development permitting agency. Virtually any land development or construction that takes place in the unincorporated area of Sonoma County (outside the nine incorporated cities) is reviewed, permitted, and inspected by Permit Sonoma.

Meetings will be hosted in the large banquet room and will start at 7pm. Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Meeting will cost $10.00 per person and will go toward the cost of hosting and marketing the group on meetup and other sites, the venue, supplies, and any other expense the host deems necessary. Please park behind the restaurant (in the hotel parking lot). The restaurant will have a special menu prepared for us. If you're eating please show up 20-30 minutes early to place your orders.

Meeting Agenda:

15 minute introduction period. Each member should take 15 to 30 seconds to introduce themselves. Let us know who you are. What investments/projects you're interested in or working on. What you hope to get out of the group.

15 minutes to discuss needs and wants. This is the time to ask the group for help with a referral or advice. If you’re working on a project and need a referral for a contractor etc. If you are curious about how to structure a deal.

15 minutes to pitch investment opportunities. If you have a project you would like to wholesale, If you have a joint venture, If you have a project and you’re looking for investors. Mention the project or opportunity and if someone in the group would like to discuss it hook up with them at the end during the networking time.

30 minutes for a speaker and discussion/questions. Each meeting we will have a guest speaker who will present information about an aspect of real estate investing. Please allow the speakers to present and save your questions for the discussion after.

45 minutes for networking, to meet the other members in the group, connect with those who can help you with the topics that have come up in the discussions.
