Our relationship to ourselves - our self-esteem - underpins everything and affects all other relationships. In this informal and relaxed monthly gathering I want to discuss and offer helpful strategies and approaches to help you think about this important subject.
This is not a substitute for therapy and isn't offered as such. It's an informal and welcoming place to allow us to discuss the issues surrounding self-esteem and to look at helpful ways to improve how we see ourselves.
I'm a Cognitive Hypnotherapist working locally and I want to offer an opportunity for people to gather, learn, chat and share. I will share what I've learned through my work and learn from the experiences of those that attend (sharing not compulsory). So often we want to change and yet we find it so difficult. In this meeting, I look at the reasons why and what we can do about it.
We're back at the Exchange too.
The meeting is open from 6.30pm and starts more formally from 7 pm. I'll then share my thoughts so that we can have a discussion, with the meeting finishing no later than 8.30pm. This is your meeting though. Let's see what works and how we can make it what you need.
Don't worry if you can't be there for 7 pm - just come along when you can. You'll be very welcome.
There will be a small investment of £5 to help cover refreshments. I'm not interested in making money from these meetings - it's about a place to share and learn, for all of us.
