A wellness-focused afternoon of movement, flow, balance and breath.
Yoga and reggae have a few principles in common – connection to and understanding of self, inner and outer peace, harmony, meditation, flow and creativity. We are bringing the two together to creates this unique space for soul flow yoga and wellness. The yoga will flow to the energetically grounding sounds of reggae. We’ll follow this with an interactive workshop that will support you in bringing more balance, harmony and alignment to your day to day through food and lifestyle practices.

Notes Wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Shower facilities are available on site if needed.
