EXPRESSIVE ARTS MINI WORKSHOPS!

THESE MINI-WORKSHOPS ARE EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY. The next one will be Februaury 11th and from then on here are a few more dates you can put on your schedule: Feb. 25th, Mar. 11th, 25th, April 1st, 15th & 29th. One class is $50. but if you want to take advantage of a super crazy special my bundle of 4 classes is only $140. THAT'S ONE CLASS FREE AND THEN SOME!!! YOU MUST SEND IN A $25. DEPOSIT TO HOLD A SPACE. They are from 11:30am-2:30pm. Please bring your own lunch to eat during the 20 minute introduction/class instructions. In these art classes you do not need any skill but if you do have an artistic background great! I supply all the paint, paper, brushes and even more for other artistic activities we will explore such as collage, sculpting, beading, dance you name it...if it's creative we will find a way to express ourselves with it. In addition we practice a guided meditation that will facilitate your creativity. Our meditations can be very therapeutic and healing of all kinds of stress related maladies such as migraine, Fibromialgia, inflammation, muscle fatigue and much more. But mostly we endulge in the painting process learning to get in touch with our right brain. We will dive deep into that well spring of creativity. If you have ever heard of a creative block...well those don't exist here in the Expressive Arts. I will teach you to be able to turn that creative switch on any time you want or need it. You will also receive the benefits of deep SOUL work. When we pay attention and take care of our soul it will feed us spiritually.
