Instructor, Colby Smith, trained with Michelle Synnestvedt (dhuniyoga.com) and completed in Anusara immersion in 2011 and his 200 hour certification in 2012. Colby trained at Dig Yoga for his 500 hour training. He is currently a Certified Yoga Teacher. Colby also trained in transformational breathwork with Christian de la Huerta of Soulful Power.
Colby has taught at DIG Yoga, Cornerstone Health and Fitness, Prasad, Crossfit Summa, but spends most of his time teaching private clients and body positive yoga classes in his Lambertville yoga studio. Colby is passionate about fitness - he is certified in IM=X Pilates as well as his yoga training and often incorporates core work into his yoga classes. Colby also completed his Yamuna Table Treatment training and incorporates that work in 1 on 1 trainings and treatments. Colby is an avid triathlete and has completed two full Ironman competitions.

Really, all you need is yourself and your breath. However, there may be a few items you may want to have handy: a yoga mat (a thicker one is fine), a small pillow, a blanket, an eye mask, a crystal or anything you'd like to have near you while breathing and meditating.
