Emotional Resiliency with Intention (LONDON)

Along the Hero's Journey to empowerment that each of us are walking right now we find treasures in people, concepts and creations that bring out more of our authentic selves or work to cover it up.

If you struggle with low confidence, self-doubt or sabotage chances are your self-esteem and motivation are taking a hit too.

Empowerment Coach Laura JE Hamilton and Intensati Leader Joan Fernadez are teaming up to help soulfull warriors find their superpower by moving through the stories of the past to find their essence and create a space of I.N.N.E.R. P.E.A.C.E. and balance that can be accessed any time.

• Guided visualization into your power center
• Understand what to expect along the Hero’s Journey you’re currently on & why it feels so daunting
• Group discussion focused on emotional release
• Gentle intention infused movement with affirmations (intenSati)
• Light refreshments provided (bring a notebook and pen, yoga mat/blanket, comfy clothes)
