The Healing Tones produced by "Crystal Singing Bowls" are not just heard by ear, but can also be felt in your physical body touching the essence of your soul. Each of the 7 Bowls resonate to a different Chakra, musical note, color as well as various organs in the body. Sound Healing effects one all levels, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.
You will be lead on a guided meditation to open and clear your 7 main Chakra's along the spine. Sound Healing has been around forever and have been used by Tibetian Monks for centuries, as well as in both religious and spiritual ceremonies. As a therapeutic modality, healing sounds can balance the body's systems to aid in health, not disease. Various brainwaves such as alpha, beta, delta, theta have also been tested favorably to respond to these different musical notes. Crystals are fossilizes water. Silica sand combined with water becomes quartz crystal. Quartz crystal can amplify, transmit, store or focus energy as seen in your TV, computer, radios and microphones. Our bodies too are crystalline in structure, when working with the Crystal Bowls the effects can be profound. Thoughts are energy forms. When combined with crystal, those thoughts are changed to a higher harmonic form showing possible alterations in consciousness.

Let yourself drift into a state of bliss, as soothing etheric tones fill the space. Denise has been offering soundbaths in the Atlanta area for over a decade. A variety of meditative instruments will be used crystal/himalayan bowls, chimes, crystal harp, rain stick and much more. She has played with many local musicians at salt caves, art galleries and yoga studios. She offers a variety of public, private & commercial events.
