What we're about

Hello everyone and welcome!

A SOUND JOURNEY group meditation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

We begin with a guided yoga nidra meditation, which is followed by the Sound Journey itself. Then we finish with some integrative silence. At the end, I invite participants to share their experience to the group if they feel inspired to do so.

I use Didjeridoos, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Keyboard, Percussion, and my voice.

For the entire experience, you lie down (or sit if you prefer) in deep relaxation and experience sounds' soothing vibrations, energizing presence, and healing power.

Although the structure remains the same, every session can vary greatly in content, length, and intensity.
