What we're about

This is a group for anyone in the health and wellness industry or anyone with an interest in improving their own health! Let’s come together to discuss very simple strategies on how to improve diet and overall health, be it physical, mental or spiritual - no topic is off limits.

We will change up the events to include as many subjects, professions, advice etc as possible, with the aim that this group offers a safe and friendly environment to network and learn from others’ experiences, knowledge and contacts etc.

I myself can introduce you to some tips and tricks on how to live a healthy lifestyle from the inside out using plant-based nutrition and clean eating guides.
