This group is for any one that enjoys Feldenkrais Movement or wants to experience a class or a work shop.

I have been teaching Feldenkrais ATM classes for 19 years. I primarily teach in Palo Alto and in and around the South Bay. I also have a back ground in Improv theater, music and meditation and often bring those elements into my classes. My partner and I also teach monthly Somatic Improv and Breathwork classes that we incorporate with Feldenkrais Movement.
