I will guide you through this powerful technique that aids in self exploration, healing, and personal growth.
Doing breathwork is a one of a kind experience. It is a powerful tool to help release stress, anxiety, and past trauma. People leave Breathwork sessions feeling clearer, more content and relaxed.
Wear comfortable clothing and please don't eat anything for an hour or two prior to class . Bring your yoga mat and anything else that will help you feel comfortable while lying on the floor.
