"Pancho's Vegan Tacos is a vegan-owned and operated Mexican restaurant that originally opened in Las Vegas in 2016. The plant-based hotspot took the foodie scene by storm with their authentic tacos, tortas, sopes, and more. Over the past few years, Pancho’s Vegan Tacos has expanded to three locations in the Las Vegas area and is now making their way to Texas and California!

The Pancho’s team shared with us that they plan to open three to four locations in Southern California, starting with Long Beach this February. The menu will feature the same amazing dishes that gave Pancho’s their claim to fame in Vegas––like the wet burrito, street tacos, chile relleno, and mole enchiladas."

Parking: There are 4 spaces behind Pacho's (where Pizzanista used to be), otherwise there is parking on the street.
