Intro to Ownership and Borrowing

We'll be going over ownership, borrowing and how to deal with the borrow checker. These are the areas new developers struggle with the most when learning Rust. There will be some pre-planned material, but it can be free form. We'll go over anything people are curious about and skip the items everyone understands.
