JavaScript: Getting Your Feet Wet

Details
Now that we have established basic computing concepts, and took a quick look at JavaScript... we'll be getting our feet wet with actual JavaScript. So to participate FULLY you will definitely want to bring your laptop capable of connecting via Wi-fi and a browser (we will likely use Chrome or Firefox so download those before you come).
Some of the topics that we'll be covering during this meetup (time permitting):
Expressions
Operators
Values / Types
Variables
Conditionals
Loops
Basic Functions
Code Comments
Browser Tools
Like the last class, this particular class is a "get your feet wet" first event and is free. This is a BEGINNER'S class.
BYOD - "Bring Your Own Device" - You must bring a laptop (preferred) or tablet capable of accessing the library's wifi to get the most out of this meeting.
This meetup is aimed at all ages: 10 to 100.
If your child is interested in programming and programming concepts, bring them.
There is a limit of 25 people due to room size.
Leave a comment if you have any questions. See you there!
