Saturday morning Longevity Elements Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient form of movement which improves circulation, balance and strengthens major muscle groups. It also calms the mind and stimulates healing. Participants pay $3.00 for a single session. If you are serious about learning this art, please join us. This class is for adults of all fitness levels. Starting in May, we meet in Grant Park. If the weather is warmer than 50 degrees and its not raining we will be there. Come out and start your day!

Longevity is enjoyed best when living a healthy lifestyle. There are many elements to consider, when your goal is living a long life. Choosing proper nutrition for your individual body is a tricky business with all the diet and exercise hype out there. Dealing with the many stresses of life can ruin an otherwise healthy person's success. As a certified Integrative Health and Wellness coach to Women, I can help you navigate through the information overload to achieve your wellness goals. I will offer classes to enrich many of the elements involved to reach for a more balanced life. Movement is the first element I will teach. If you are an adult who wants to live a healthier, happier life and keep moving, come join us for "Tai Chi for Longevity." If you are not familiar with this practice, Tai Chi is a gentle series of slow movements which stretch and strengthen the whole body, calm the mind and bring balance. All fitness levels are welcome; you participate at the level that works best for you.
