Come along and rest, relax and receive healing. As you arrive you will choose your space, creating your own nest of blankets, mats and pillows to ensure your comfort. I will have already smudged the room and called in the directions, ancestors, angels and guides to support the healing. After introductions I will feel into the energy of the room and set an intention for the sound bath. The intention is always perfect for all who come. And then I will begin to play. You may hear singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, words, tones, song, gongs and more as the room is bathed in sound. No sound bath is the same. The instruments, words and rhythms are chosen for what is needed at that time. The sound permeates every cell and the spaces inbetween, supporting healing, bringing the body and mind back into balance. Everyone experiences the Sound Bath in their own way, the way that is right for them. Some see colours, feel like they are dreaming, going on journeys, notice emotions rising, see conversations happening or events, some feel deep deep rest and others fully energised. Come along and give yourself some self care time. Taking place every 4th Thursday of the month, 90 mins long. I started a new sliding scale, inspired by my 5 rhythms class, which is now in effect. £20 High earners £15 Standard earners £10 Low earners £7 Unwaged There is a box by the door for payment. Bring a mat, blanket and pillow to ensure your comfort. Doors at 7:20 for a 7:30 start. No admittance thereafter. Looking forward to sharing sound with you soon.
Dear all, Our London Talking Circles are safe spaces for people affected by the monthly theme to gather in and share their stories. This is not a space for selling at, being told it is alright and having others jump down your throat to stop you as you speak. This is a space of safety. With women who have something in common with you. This is a space where you will be given the opportunity to say as much or as little as you wish in the manner that you wish about how the theme has affected your life or continues to do so. There is space for your emotion here. After the talking circle there will be a short activity -to support you in your journey. Teas, coffees and snacks provided. The venue is my home and address is given after RSVP. 1 minute walk from West Norwood Station with direct links to Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham Junction, Crystal Palace etc. Free Parking in local area. I have 2 cats that wont be in the room during the circle. Exchange -Suggested donation of £10 Whichever way you come to this topic you can be assured that: You will be welcomed. You will have space to speak without interruption, advice or censoring. You will be able to hear and hold space for others as they speak around the subject. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last month we held a PCOS circle. Some of the feedback was: 'My heart is overflowing with joy. I felt so much kindness after a horrible day'. 'It is all the better for groups like this' 'I believe you showed a great deal of courage'.
