Enterprise agile transformation: should you really start with culture?
Details
We're back! Join us in June for what promises to be a great talk from Box UK's Andrew Beaney, followed by some Q&A and a group lean coffee discussion.
The Talk:
Enterprise agile transformation: should you really start with culture?
On the one hand you have big players like McKinsey who appear adamant that culture rules transformations and that you should start there to set the basis.
On the other hand you have specialists such as Leading Agile who maintain that such a culture change would be empty, and would not stick, if there is no way to apply the said cultural changes in the business.
They contend that leads to initial enthusiasm but ultimately large scale frustration as there is no business outlet, as staff are blocked from practically using the culture changes.
