Selective Colour Photography
Southampton Photography Group Meet-up Our theme this week is Selective Colour Photography! Colour is an important component in setting a mood of a photo so we’ll be exploring the impact of certain colours, whilst on a photo walk around the village and marina. We'll be looking at producing a series of images using a single, bold colour, as well as how to use colour. This meet-up is open to all photographers, whether you're a complete beginner, or feeling comfortable with using manual settings. We do recommend bringing a camera that has the option of manual mode, or shutter and/or aperture priority modes. You'll be under the guidance of professional photographer Victoria Mullins, who will be setting challenges throughout, and providing feedback and answers on anything you're not sure about. It will be a lot of fun and a chance to meet like-minded people to get creative and snap-happy! - Make a booking - The two hour session is £12 and you can book your spot here: - Join us on Facebook - - See photos from our past meet-ups - - See our website here -

A professional photography instructor is there to help answer questions and offer advice on the day - perfect if you're not sure how to get the most out of your camera or use its settings. There's no stiff, formal lectures here, just a friendly group and LOTS of photo-taking!

Groups larger than 12 people have multiple instructors.
