Join us for an afternoon of mantra meditation and a discussion on spiritual philosophy found in classic texts such as The Bhagavad-Gita.
Learn and Practice a form of Mantra Meditation called "sankirtana," which means "singing together" in Sanskrit. This is a musical form of meditation done in a call and response fashion, and often includes the accompaniment of musical instruments. It is fun and easy!
We also have a talk/discussion on the timeless spiritual wisdom found in texts like The Bhagavad-Gita, which help to deepen the experience and understanding of mantra meditation.
We generally conclude our gatherings with vegetarian (vegan friendly) refreshments.
