About Andrew Hoefling
Andrew Hoefling is the owner of Hoefling Software ( http://www.hoeflingsoftware.com ) and a consultant at Surge Consulting ( http://www.surgeforward.com ). He has been a .NET developer since 2007 who has worked on desktop, web, mobile and cloud solutions for a wide range of clients including business domains of print, government, legal, medical, financial and transportation. Andrew has a degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Game Design and Development and has a passion for code quality, automation and DevOps.

Mike Smeltzer will present DNN Shine, a new control panel that focuses on improving the content editing experience within DNN.

About Mike Smeltzer
Mike Smeltzer is an IT Consultant based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada who specializes in the DNN Platform, .NET development, system integration and business process automation. His IT experience covers both operational and project work within many industries including telecommunications, video games, healthcare and insurance.

Mike enjoys collaborating with others in all aspects of software development. He has a diverse skillset and is particularly interested in governance and change management, front and back-end development, usability and continuous learning.
