We are a group of curious learners developing relationships with plants. We are interested in enjoying wild plants as food, making medicine, harvesting sustainably, and deepening our observation skills of the plants in nature. We come together to share our knowledge and to learn from one another. All are welcome!

2019 Herbal Apprenticeship

Nurture Through Nature

• What we'll do 2019 Herbal Apprenticeship I'm super excited to be offering this Herbal apprenticeship program in 2019!! This program is created for the beginner herbalist that wants to build a deeper connection to the plant world. Through exploration, hands-on experience, and classroom study we will examine the scientific aspects of herbalism combined with the spiritual essence of the plants. Each class will be unique and hands-on. The course will offer the following and much more: Study of Latin Names + Plant Constituents The systems within the human body + pathology Formulation Herb Walks Medicine making Flower Essences Herbal Nutrition Ethical Wildcrafting Seasonal rhythms The Dates are the second Friday of each month from 9:00 am-3:00 pm April 26th-May 31st-June 28th-July 26th-August 23rd-Spetember 27th-October 25th-November 22nd Class size will be no more then 10 people for an intimate learning environment Cost of Apprenticeship: $800 If paid by April 1st $744 (payment plans are an option if needed) ​ If you feel called to participate please contact Katie Munn for more information ​ ​ • What to bring • Important to know

For Young Women: Deepening Relationship with the Plants

• What we'll do April 7, May 5, June 9 (Saturdays), 9:00am - noon, Portland ($30/day, $75/series) The series of weeks will unfold as we explore what we need as a circle to support our trust in building relationship with the plants. Connection to the cycles of the moon will also be explored. My hope is that your connection with the plants will continue beyond these months - that this is a beginning platform in trusting your own process. We have space for eight in our circle.
