On Belay half marathon Wallis Sands(info gathering)

I have a friend who organizes this race(and golf tournaments) in memory of her sister that died of breast cancer, Her sister started a support group, before she died, for children of parents with cancer ( called On Belay- o rock climbing term meaning you are held by a rope and harness on the side of a mountain by the rest of us so you will not fall)and this race supports that organization, I have not received a response from her as to if we are invited yet but I thought I would ask and see if anyone would be interested in doing this. Not exactly sure of times yet.
