What we’re about
The Southern Snow Seekers Ski Club is a local 501 (c)(7) non-profit organization located in Atlanta, GA. The club was founded in 1983 with eleven (11) members and currently, there are over 250 members. The club is a member of the National Brotherhood of Skiers (NBS) headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and the Crescent Ski Council. During the ski season, members of the Southern Snow Seekers participate in ski trips to resorts throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. The club averages at least one major trip a month, including National and Regional sponsored NBS trips. The club also participates in local day trips to resorts in North Carolina and Tennessee, which provide an excellent experience for the beginner. Our goal is to introduce at least 50 new youth and adults to the sports of skiing and snowboarding each year.
