Dog Friendly Hike to the top of Camelback

Let's take some dogs out for the last hike of the year.

Will be hiking to top of Camelback at 9:00. This a moderate hike with a lot of scrambling and some hiking in loose sand. Elevation gain of 300 to 400 feet over red rock and white sand stone. Will visit the "hole" or "vortex" along the way. The trailhead is off a well maintained dirt road near Gunlock. Can meet at Albertson at 9:00am for anyone that wants to car pool or caravan and be at the trail around 9:30 to 9:45.

As long as your four legged friends get along well with others you can bring them along.

You do not need a dog to do this hike everyone is welcome. Don't forget to bring a snack, doggie treats and water.
