SpaceLab Detroit's organizer, Karen Burton, will moderate a panel discussion hosted by the How to Start a Startup (H2SAS) MeetUp group (https://www.meetup.com/How-to-Start-a-Startup-Screening-Discussion-Series/) on finding and opening a workspace in Detroit.
We'll discuss how to identify a “close to perfect” space; working with the city and design, construction and real estate professionals; building community; and creating an environment that will keep workers engaged and productive.
We’ll also address trends in design and workplace technology: IoT, Collaborative Space Design, Audio/Visual Considerations, Building Community, Telecommuters, and Access.
