Looking for some real estate investing networking and education in South Utah County? This group is for you.
All levels of investors are welcome to join in. Whether you are just starting or have been around the industry for many years.
Each meeting we will have a lesson on a real estate topic that will last about half an hour then about half an hour of networking. Real estate is a great tool to allow you free time to be with your family or hobbies. We don't want this to cut into that time much so we try to keep the meetings like rubies. Small and valuable!
Adam Hall with Peace of Mind Houses will be leading the group. He bought his first investment property in 2003 and has been owned just about every type of residential real estate since. Long term rentals, vacation rentals, flip properties, land development, wholesales, seller financing and multi-family.
Industry professionals will come to share on topics they specialize in. Topics we have lessons on range from wholesaling, seller financing, hard money lending, flip projects, and rental management.
Our group meets the 4th Wednesday of each month upstairs in Pepe's Grill. Its at 747 N Main Spanish Fork. Pepe let's us use the space for free so please make sure and buy some food to help thank him.
