You will learn about the 7 main chakras of your body, how they effect your health physically, mentally and emotionally. We will cover tools to scan, clear and realign the Chakras for optimum health and wellbeing. Come experience your energy centers. This class is experiential, please come prepared to have fun while you connect, clear and align.
