Join Spartan SGX Coach, Keith Stockwell of Run Lift Win Performance Training, to train in a fun and supportive group setting outdoors. We will focus on building Endurance, Strength, ​and Athleticism necessary for your next obstacle course race or general fitness goals. All of our training sessions can be modified to accommodate your specific training needs and capabilities. No two training sessions will be the same. Expect to have fun, and be challenged through a planned training session that will take you through a series of circuits designed to build strength, improve body composition, enhance functional movement, strengthen the core, and build endurance.

Each session will end with time to discuss obstacle course race specific obstacle techniques, nutrition, recovery methods, and preparation.
