The yearly Zamenhof Brunch (brunch in honour of Esperanto's founder) is the one event during which you can meet almost all Berlin Esperanto speakers. Though not all at the same time: some arrive at 10am and some only in the afternoon, it's a drawn-out brunch with people coming and going as they like. At 3pm there will definitely still be people, after that it starts to fade out. (So the indicated end time is not the real end - but you should arrive before that...)
The event takes place in the basement of the restaurant Al Hamra in Prenzlauer Berg. This restaurant offers a brunch buffet for 9.50 EUR which includes many European and Arab breakfast and lunch items, including many items suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If you prefer, you can also just drink something; not everyone will have the buffet.
This is an informal event where you'll also find other beginners, so speaking Esperanto is not enforced. A great way to learn about the language and meet people. Join us!
