Charity donation of $5 or gold coins per person per week, I run it for free and then collect and donate the money. We generally get about 20 ppl each week with lots of regulars so it's going well! This is an intermediate level boot camp, which means beginners can keep up and more advanced people can still get a good workout. I'm no professional and I'm also not morning person which is why these are at night, not 6am!
We will be doing a variety of short exercises / circuits each week including warmup, high intensity interval training, toning exercises such as push ups and sit ups etc, and stretching at the end.
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
Wear exercise clothes. Bring water and a towel you can put on the ground to lie on for certain exercises and stretching. You can bring bags or backpacks as we will put these in a pile nearby and keep an eye on them.
WHERE TO MEET:
Waverley Park, Bondi Junction. 5 mins bus or 10 mins walk from Bondi Junction Train Station. Meet downstairs, outside the centre of the pavilion building, next to the oval. Safe and well lit area for meeting / walking at night.

They are tapping into not only the moral sense in giving girls equal access to education - but the economic good sense of it as well. At the end of each session we ask who wants to go to the pub for drinks / softdrink / food/ all optional - and see if there are any takers. If people are keen there is the option to go to the Tea Gardens Pub at Bondi Junction, there's no need to change, we can go in our exercise clothes.
Also I should mention in advance, the exercise is at your own risk (I don't hold insurance), go at your own pace and take breaks if needed.
