The Art (and a little science) of Developing Alternate Futures

How might we analyze current society, identify drivers of change, and develop “alternate futures” to best prepare organizations for success? How do we break free from constraint to a single, predicted future?

Dan Fukushima, a Director at Toffler Associates, will discuss how his company helps organizations address these questions and transition to be successful in the Third Wave (i.e., The Information Age). He will also lead us through some exercises to develop our own alternate futures.
