This evening we will sample the delightful South Indian dishes, rice but not as you know it !
South Indians are known to eat very hot food, however we will keep the chilli in balance so that you don't need fire extinguishers. Diners who do want to enjoy the high chilli heat can be catered for - just let us know when you sign up !
Appetizers: Savoury plantain crisps

• Uttapam (rice/lentil thick pancakes with bell pepper and onion)
• Mysore Dosai (with red chutney)
• Masala Dosai with mild potato curry, green chilli & coconut chutney with Sambar (spicy lentil gravy)
Dessert: Banana Coconut fritters with Ice cream
