We all carry parts of ourselves that have been hidden, denied, or left unacknowledged.
These aspects - often called the shadow - hold both our deepest wounds and our greatest power.
Join me for a guided neuroshamanic meditation where we will enter a safe, supported space to meet the shadow with compassion. By bringing light to what has been hidden, we reclaim energy, creativity, and wholeness.
What to Expect:
• A short teaching on shadow work through a neuroshamanic lens
• A guided meditation to meet and integrate shadow aspects
Time for journaling and optional group
reflection
A casual and supportive environment
(camera on/off as you prefer)
No prior experience with shadow work or shamanic practice is needed. Bring a journal, an open heart, and a quiet space where you feel safe.
