MORE ABOUT DR. WESSELS: For over 45 years, John has mastered the art of astrology by interpreting thousands of astrological charts for clients throughout the world, providing answers to their vitally important questions about relationships, wealth, health, family psychodynamics and careers.

John also has extensive expertise in financial planning and investment strategies to help ensure personal financial security during the 21st century. In 1987, John graduated first in his M.B.A. class at the School of Business at Duke University, and was a distinguished Fuqua Scholar as well as Class President.

While studying for his M.B.A., he majored in investing and finance. From 1989 to 1995, John served as the Staff Director for the President’s Advisory Committee on Resources at Duke University. This committee was created by President Keith Brodie to oversee Duke University’s annual $1.2 billion forecast and budget, and eventually to create and implement a new incentive-based budget system for the entire university.

Included in John's background that includes a B.A., M.B.A., M.Div., and Ph.D. degrees from Duke University, as well as a third degree Black Belt (san dan) in Shorin-Ryu Karate Do and a first degree Black Belt (sho dan) in Judo. He is also an expert palm-reader.

John was taught astrology in his early teens by his two aunts, who were professional astrologers in Philadelphia during the 1950’s and 1960’s. One of his aunts, Swami Durgananda, was initiated as a Swami in the Hindu Religion after living and teaching yoga and meditation at an ashram in Vancouver, British Columbia, for over thirty years.
