9 PM meditations remotely- Health Secrets -This week meditation plans and new contact number

Hello Seekers.
During the next few weeks, I will be travelling intensively to Vancouver- USA and Montreal.
Please note the following:
Helping others: Most underused anti depressant and health medicine

If we are on this planet and we are only meditating without helping others, we are not really developing on spiritual path.
Most of our diseases are born out of us blaming others- life- stars- people..
Since we are like leaves of the same tree of life, blaming others without seeing the connecting branches leads to self harm.
We are careful with what we eat and how we exercise but the core reason for diseases is usually in our thoughts and style of thinking.
The diseases are born out of thoughts in the following way:

anger in liver- fear in kidneys leading to skin diseases -in heart leading to blood pressue- doubts in head ( headaches) and judgements in spleen- stress- spine and everywhere - stomach - anger at not accepting results.

Knowing your disease, cure yourself by following ways
1/ Sit in meditation in front of a holy picture or icon.. Write with left hand your block of anger on a very small piece of paper. Draw cross or star. Imagine the symbol of God in center of head or heart. Burn saying Amen silently.
Do this twice for 21 days. 
For sure there will be progress.

Whereever you are , I will pray with you at 9 PM Toronto time.
How to pray at 9 pm with me:
You can meditate in various ways:
You can sit and pray or imagine the symbol of God in your forehead or laugh or just offer whatever you are doing to the Universe or help someone by praying for them.
Travel note:

Vancouver healing and Meditation Sessions- April  30 and May 1- Hotel Sandman- Downtown  Vacouver - 180 West Georgia Street.  6 pm Lobby.
There will be a meditation class only on Saturday after returning and leaving for Pittsburg on Sunday.

I will be back next Friday May 2 and will be leaving for USA - Pittsburg for a week next day. Back on Thursday and then again will be leaving for Montreal.

During the month of May most sessions will be on Saturdays in parks and other venues.
Saturday - May 03- 12 pm - Toronto Park Meditation: Willowdale Park on 130 Doris Avenue- Wear clothes according to weather.
