Please join us Sunday, October 20th immediately following service for The Women in Truth Communi-Tea Event The Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta’s (SLCA) Women in Truth are hosting a unique Communi-TEA get-together on October 20, 2019, after service to celebrate its second year and invites all women of SLCA to join them! This is an opportunity to meet and greet one another while enjoying delightful hors d'oeuvres, hear a welcome message from our First Lady, and one of the newest members of our SLCA community, Patience Mwanza, and for you to tell the Women in Truth’s core council what type of activities you would like to see offered as we move forward. Tea rituals are found in nearly every country around the world, and are both spiritual in nature and based in the experience of sharing community with one another. Please bring your favorite tea flavors and tea cups (although SLCA will provide tea and cups if you are still new the power of tea) to share with one another. Dr. David Alexander Tuesdays, 10:00 am- 12:00 pm September 3 - November 5, 2019 BOOKS: “THE SCIENCE OF MIND” BY ERNEST HOLMES COST: LOVE OFFERING (SUGGESTED $25/CLASS) Whether just stepping onto the path, or experienced with spiritual life, this class offers the basics of spiritual principles for living life at its deepest and fullest. Over ten weeks, we will explore the foundational ideas of the Science of Mind, learn to participate in Spiritual Practice, and work together with the experiential processes that can become the architecture for a life well-lived as a Spiritual Being. This class is for everyone, whatever your longer term interests and intentions. It is also the first prerequisite class for entering the educational process of becoming a Licensed Practitioner in Centers for Spiritual Living.
